Uniforms Metal Locker

Uniform Metal Lockers are fitted with a hat shelf at the top of the locker, with the remaining space being split to provide a half width full length compartment for hanging garments. A coat hook is fitted. The remaining space is split again into four smaller compartments for ancillary items.

Metal lockers are manufactured from 0.7mm thick mild steel sheet with the front frame and doors manufactured from 0.9mm thick mild steel sheet. The raw sheet steel is chemically cleaned to ensure an ideal surface for further coatings. An iron phosphate key coat is applied to the chemically cleaned steel. This anti-rust, key coat bonds to the sheet steel for for the final active coating. The Activecoat is a hard wearing anti-bacterial powder coating designed specifically for the most stringent hygienic environment.
